REMINDER from Mano:
Sometimes Barbara needs prompting from us to do the things she wants to do. That is true with her love of reading Frederick Frank’s book, Zen Seeing Zen Drawing. She is very happy with the current arrangements for a daily Artist Date. Reading, drawing, and drinking tea, all things she loves to do.
REMARKS from Barbara:
I am so happy to focus once again on my art. I am going to the studio once a week to paint on a large canvas. Over the years I have filled many little 4×6 books with drawings Mano guided. Most were lost in the fire. I am grateful I still have one.
REMEMBERING Mary Jane:
One time when Mary Jane came to visit, we sat together on the ground in front of the Mother Tree at the entrance to the Amphitheater. In addition to a thermos of tea with two cups to share, she had supplies to do the Waldorf Transparent color blending paintings.

It is 4:00 in the morning, the day after Chinese New Year and the entrance of the Fire Horse. I felt the call to Align with my Council for the morning Tarot Guidance.

THE EMPRESS
SPILLING – 5 WATER
The Star is my God Self. The Empress is Spiritual Guidance. Spilling tells me to allow Spirit to flow through me out into the world.
As I move closer to my 99th year on the earth I look at my daily life and the way over the years I have focused on connecting with God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. Living with full-time caregivers, relating each week with four lovely women, and my son John and his wife and dog come over one day a week, my life is blessed and my days are full of sweet interaction with these lovely people.
Last week I realized I need more time to myself. More time to do what is mine to do, my service to the world by being me. Doing what only I can do. As I look at my past I think my art, my painting, is my most focused and important service I have done.
Each time I go to the studio I align with my Council: Mano, Rama, and Joseph. After a period of meditation, I start painting by intuitively putting colors and shapes on the canvas. I do this until I feel finished. At this point I feel spiritual energies use the pictures I have just created as portals of entry from the spiritual world to the physical world. Angels, elementals, Faerie Beings have appeared in my paintings. It is always a surprise and definitely a great mystery, what actually is going on.
As I look for a way to bring my art into daily life, I have decided to take one hour every afternoon while my caregiver is cooking dinner to focus on my creativity and my art. Right now I am fascinated by the book, Zen Seeing Zen Drawing, by Frederick Frank. This will be the fourth book he has written on this way of drawing. I am so grateful this book was in the Studio and safe from the fire that burned all of my other books when the CZU fire ate my cottage.
My plan is to set up ceremonial Tea Service, align with the great Tea Trees, read Zen Seeing Zen Drawing, then do a little drawing of some sort. It is all very little time and space but at this time in my life, a little is good enough. It is simply a matter of doing it. To embody the energies I have created by my alignment with The Mother, Tea Spirit, and mental alignment to Seeing rather than looking.

I met you many years ago at a CFO annual meeting. Maybe in Arizona? We were in a prayer group together.
You wore purple that week. I love purple. I recall we prayed for your daughter and grand daughter and you mentioned her name was an angelic name.
I just want to tell you how much I appreciate you. I appreciate your deep sensitivity and your openness to the elementals. I appreciate the gifts you have brought forth to the world by communing with them. I appreciate your beautiful art.
I have always loved nature, trees, plants, birds, and I have always felt I was able to communicate with animals. Especially dogs. I have not seen the elementals. Though I sense I may hold some unconscious awareness of them. I have a revelation just yesterday, before my forgetting I was in communion with the elementals. It is part of my original true nature. I immediately thought of you. Then I opened mail to find you and found you had sent out this post.
I just wanted to say I deeply appreciate you.
I would love to know we are praying together again. I hope to be of the frequency elementals will again be communing with me consciously.
