Traveling As A Tourist Or A Pilgrim

Searching for inspiration for this month’s blog, I found a poem that I wrote in 2019, which I’m sharing as an invitation to orient your summer travels.

I have been in every state in the United States and 43 countries. Much of that travel I did as a tourist. There was a difference when I started traveling as a pilgrim. I made a point to go the city or county parks, the places where people gathered. I spoke to the elementals and sent blessings to the trees and plants. I always asked to find the oldest and the largest tree. I put my hands on her bark to bless her and I realize I was always blessed in return.

Bless The Elements And Elementals

I found a message Mano gave to me years ago when he first introduced the idea to let him write a Blog to share his wisdom. This is the way he worked with me, and Mary Jane when she accepted his invitation to write his Blog.

I am going to simply give you the message and you can decide for yourself if this call is appropriate for you and your life.

Wild Geese

Last Sunday I enjoyed an afternoon roaming through writings in my computer from years ago. I found one I want to share with you. It has a lot of different parts, but I do believe it is interesting and holds wisdom and guidance, from those wise ones who guide me.

Remember, Renew, Rededicate

I am surprised and delighted to review Mano’s early teaching. Some things I remember and have incorporated in my life, others are new like I never heard it before.

Yesterday was cold, windy and rainy. It is time to prepare the April Blog. I curled up on the couch. I was guided to review Mano’s teaching filed in the computer over the past 15 years.

I found experiences and teaching I had not specifically remembered. All of the personal teaching he has shared with me can be applied to anyone.

My Art My Life

This article was written a number of years ago. I loved reading it again last week and decided to share it with you since I feel it is so very important to know what our life is about, what are the promises we have made to God and our spiritual council who has come to help us fulfill the promises we made before we returned to earth.

Mother Earth, Mother of All

Visiting the Beautiful Cathedral in Reims France, famous for a stained glass window by Marc Chagall and the smiling angels carved outside the entrance, Mother Mary revealed a secret to me as I stood in front of her statue. I almost felt the smiling angel winked at me and told me, “Treasure Mother Mary’s secret and wrap your life around it.”

Drinking From a Well I Don’t Acknowledge

When I was in college the minister in my church gave a sermon that impressed me at the time and has stayed in my consciousness all of these years. This past week Mano had a serious talk with me by putting thoughts in my mind for me to ponder and think about.

The original sermon took place in London, England. There was a ‘street box orator,’ a small man, poorly dressed, standing on a wooden box so he could be seen over the heads of the people walking on the sidewalk.

Seeing and Hearing Through My Heart

I have had friends who could see into the spiritual dimension of life, seeing angels and elementals with their inner vision. I wish it were true for me, but this is not my gift. For those of us who are not naturally gifted with obvious ability to see into the non-physical world, it takes time, heart, and consistent effort to make the connection. It takes willingness to honor what we receive and build our own way of relating.I have had friends who could see into the spiritual dimension of life, seeing angels and elementals with their inner vision. Landscape Angel

Lake Tahoe was amazingly beautiful. I spent many hours looking over the wide expanse of water to the trees and mountain across the lake.

When I got home, I continued my project of organizing my den and bookshelves. I opened The Real World of Fairies by Dora van Gelder at random to a page where she describes her experience of the LANDSCAPE ANGEL. Mano gave me a flash of awareness that the blessing I felt looking across Lake Tahoe to the forest beyond was the LANDSCAPE ANGELS blessing me all the time I sat in reverie looking over the lake at the landscape.
